(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates § 133.01 shall be fined in accordance with Chapter 34 for each such violation.
(C) Any person who violates § 133.02 shall be fined in accordance with Chapter 34, for each such violation.
(D) Any person, business or corporation violating any provision of § 133.04 shall be fined in accordance with Chapter 34 and a separate offense shall be deemed committed each and every time police officers of the village respond to a false alarm made unlawful by § 133.04.
