(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person violating any provision of § 131.01 shall be fined in accordance with Chapter 34, on his, her, or its first violation thereof. The second and subsequent conviction shall carry a fine in accordance with Chapter 34.
(2) The “Nuisance Ordinance”, as addressed in § 131.01, is understood to be any or all articles enumerated in Chapter 90 of this Code.
(C) (1) Any individual partnership or firm convicted of a violation of § 131.02(B) shall be fined in accordance with Chapter 34 for the first conviction.
(2) Any individual, partnership or firm convicted of a second or subsequent violation of § 131.02(B) shall be fined in accordance with Chapter 34.
(3) Violation of § 131.02(B) on separate days shall constitute separate offenses.
(D) Any person violating any provision of § 131.05 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and or his or her or its first conviction thereof shall be fined in accordance with Chapter 34.
