§ 110.10 DRAM SHOP INSURANCE.
   Every applicant for a liquor license shall possess a valid certificate of dram shop liability coverage, ensuring against the exposure allowed by statute under the Dram Shop Act, being ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, §§ 1-1 et seq. Limits of coverage should equate with the statutory limits of recovery from dram shop liability.
