§ 110.09 RECORD MAINTAINED BY VILLAGE STAFF.
   Village staff shall keep, or direct keeping, a complete record of all such licenses issued. These records shall be under the supervision of the Village President and Village Board. The Village Clerk shall furnish the Village Treasurer and the Chief of Police with a copy. Upon issuing any new license, or revoking any license, village staff, under the supervision of the Village President, shall give written notice of the action to each of the officers within 48 hours of the action.
