§ 110.06 PROHIBITED LICENSES.
   Village staff shall not issue a liquor license to:
   (A)   A person who is not a citizen of the United States;
   (B)   A person who has a felony conviction under any federal or state law;
   (C)   A person convicted of being the keeper of, or keeping, a house of ill-fame;
   (D)   A person convicted of pandering or other crime or misdemeanor opposed to decency or morality;
   (E)   A person who had a previous license revoked for cause;
   (F)   A person who, at the time of the application for renewal of any license issued hereunder, would not be eligible for the license upon first application;
   (G)   A partnership, unless all members qualify to obtain the license;
   (H)   A corporation if any officer, manager, director would not be eligible to receive a license hereunder for any reason. This includes any stockholder owning a total of more than 5% of the corporation;
   (I)   A person convicted of a violation of any federal or state law concerning the manufacture, possession or sale of alcoholic liquor, after 2-6-1934. Any person who forfeited a bond to appear in court to answer charges for any such violation;
   (J)   Any person, association or corporation not eligible for a state retail liquor license;
   (K)   Any public law enforcement official or the mayor. No such official shall have any direct interest in the manufacture, sale or distribution of alcoholic liquor; and
   (L)   A person who does not own the premises listed in the license application or who does not have a lease for the full period of the license period.
