Upon preparation and execution of the application, the applicant shall submit it to village staff for approval. The village staff may withhold action on the application for 30 days for investigation of the application file before taking final action. In case a business with a valid liquor license changes ownership, the new owner(s) must submit an application for license within ten days of closing the sale. Village staff may issue an interim license for up to 60 days pending review of the new application.
