(A) As a condition of being issued a permit a business shall post with village staff a certificate of insurance indicating the business has obtained insurance as required under Article 107.27 of the Illinois Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. The certificate shall list the village, its elected officials and employees as additional insured.
(B) Individuals shall post with village staff a certificate listing the village, its elected officials and employees as additional insured on their homeowner’s liability policy.
