(A) Every bicycle when operated at nighttime shall be equipped with a lamp in the front which shall emit a white light visible for a distance of 500 feet and shall have a red reflector on the rear which shall be visible for a distance of not less than 50 feet.
(B) No person shall operate a bicycle unless it is equipped with a bell or other device capable of giving an audible signal for a distance of 100 feet, except that a bicycle shall not be equipped with siren or whistle.
