§ 72.04 RIDING ON SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   No person shall ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk within the business district.
   (B)   The sidewalks bordering Main and Cross Streets are herewith designated as bicycle paths.
   (C)   Whenever a person is riding a bicycle upon a sidewalk, the person shall yield right-of-way to any pedestrian and shall give audible signals before overtaking and passing the pedestrian.
