§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined an amount in accordance with Chapter 34. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable hereafter as such.
