§ 70.27 ROADS AND BRIDGES.
   ILCS Ch. 605, § 5, entitled "Roads and Bridges", as passed, approved and amended from time to time by the Illinois General Assembly is hereby adopted by the village, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the village.
