§ 70.25 CHILD PASSENGER PROTECTION ACT.
   The Illinois Vehicle Code, ILCS Ch. 625, § 25, entitled "Child Passenger Protection Act", as passed, approved and amended from time to time by the Illinois General Assembly is hereby adopted by the village, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the village.
