The Illinois Vehicle Code, ILCS Ch. 625, § 11, entitled "Rules of the Road", as passed, approved and amended from time to time by the Illinois General Assembly, is hereby adopted by the village and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the village, except for the following changes, deletions and omissions.
(A) Omissions.
Omit ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, §§ 11-207, 11-208, 11-208.1, 11-208.2, 11-209, 11-211, 11-302, 11-303, 11-313, 11-401 to and including 11-416, 11-501(h), 11-602, 11-603, 11-604, 11-606(b), 11-608.
(B) Changes and additions.
Add to ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 11-601 the following: "(h)" the following speed restrictions are hereby established for the streets as set out in Chapter 73, Sch. II.
