§ 30.01 SPECIAL RULES OF THE BOARD.
   The rules of parliamentary practice comprised in the latest published edition of Robert's Rules of Order revised shall govern the Board in all cases to which they are not inconsistent with the Illinois Compiled Statutes or the special rules of the Board in this section.
