§ 50.126 POWER AND AUTHORITY OF INSPECTIONS.
   Representatives of the state's Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter upon all properties at any time for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
