§ 50.025 GROUND WATER INFILTRATION UNLAWFUL.
   It shall be unlawful to maintain private sewer lines or lateral which allow infiltration of ground water or other substances to flow into the village's sewer system.
   (A)   Notice. Any owner of sewer lines or laterals which are causing inflow or infiltration into the village's system shall be given 90 days to correct the problem.
   (B)   Administrative assessment. If the owner of sewer lines or laterals fails to correct any inflow or infiltration problem after being given 90 days to correct the infiltration, a penalty of 20% of the monthly sewer charge shall be added to the monthly sewer bill until such time as the infiltration problem has been corrected to the satisfaction of the village.
