§ 150.50 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SHORT-TERM RENTAL. A rental of any dwelling unit, in whole, to any persons for exclusive, transient use for 29 consecutive days or less.
