No cannabis business establishment shall be located within 500 feet of any of the following:
(A) School grounds;
(B) Playground;
(C) Church;
(D) Recreation center or facility;
(E) Day care facility;
(F) Public park;
(G) Publicly owned or publicly operated property; or
(H) Public library.
