It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a cannabis business establishment within the boundaries of the village without having first registered with the Village Clerk, and submitting the following information:
(A) The name and address of all persons owning 50% or more of the dispensing organization;
(B) The location of operation;
(C) The hours of operation;
(D) A copy of the license issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Registration or the Illinois Department of Agriculture to the cannabis business establishment;
(E) Copies of all licenses for employees or agents of the cannabis business establishment issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Registration or the Illinois Department of Agriculture.
