§94.07 GENERAL RULES.
   (A)   Cemetery grounds are sacredly devoted to the interment and repose of the dead. Strict observance of decorum due such a place shall be required of all visitors. The Village of Shiloh shall prohibit any person from disturbing the quiet and good order of the cemetery by noise or other improper conduct.
   (B)   No animal shall be allowed in the cemetery, except when defined as a service animal according to the Americans with Disabilities Act.
   (C)   Fast and reckless driving is not allowed in the cemetery. Unless authorized, motorized vehicles are not allowed to leave cemetery roads.
   (D)   The picking or taking of flowers or the breaking of any tree, shrub or plant is prohibited.
   (E)   All persons are prohibited from writing upon, defacing, or causing damage to any enclosure, structure, or element of hardscape in the cemetery.
   (F)   The discharging of firearms is prohibited, except for an approved military funeral or patriotic service.
   (G)   Solicitation on the cemetery grounds is strictly prohibited.
