(A) The Village of Shiloh shall keep a permanent record of those interred, lot ownership and lots sold.
(B) The Village of Shiloh is responsible for the maintenance of the cemetery and the performance of interments upon the receipt of a grave opening. Normal cemetery maintenance operating hours, unless posted otherwise, are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding holidays designated by the Village of Shiloh.
(C) The Village of Shiloh reserves the right to enter upon any lot to enforce applicable rules and regulations and perform all work necessary for the care and upkeep of all cemetery lots and graves.
