6-2-5: OATH:
Every person appointed to serve in any capacity in the Sherman EMA shall, before entering upon his duties, subscribe to the oath as set forth in the Illinois emergency management agency act and file same with Sherman EMA and Springfield/Sangamon County OEM. (1984 Code § 2-2-8; amd. 2010 Code)
