The owner or tenant of lands lying within the corporate limits of the village are hereby required to remove or cause to be removed from such lands any wrecked, dismantled or abandoned automobiles, motor vehicles, campers, trailers or mobile homes within ten (10) days after receipt by such owner or tenant of written notice from the president or the board of trustees or the director of public works.
