An abandoned automobile, motor vehicle, camper or trailer shall include one which has no current license plates or which is in an immobile condition and which has remained upon the land for a period of fifteen (15) days and which is not parked in an enclosed garage or building or rear yard behind an existing residence, as provided in section 10-9-10 of this code. A mobile home shall be deemed to be abandoned under the provisions of this section when it has not been occupied as a residence for at least thirty (30) days of the previous six (6) month period.
