5-3-1: NUISANCE DECLARED:

The presence upon lands lying within the corporate limits of the village of wrecked, dismantled or abandoned automobiles, motor vehicles, campers, trailers or mobile homes is hereby declared to be detrimental to public welfare and is hereby declared to be a nuisance. (Ord. 1998-19, 12-15-1998)
