The ordinance known as the “Thoroughfare Plan Ordinance,” as heretofore adopted February 14, 1978, and effective March 28, 1978, being also heretofore published and promulgated as “Chapter 14: Thoroughfare Plan Code of the Master Plan, Sheridan, Indiana,” with any amendments thereto, copies of which are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, is hereby re-adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein.
