The ordinance known as “An Ordinance Providing for the Issuance of Improvement Location Permits within the Jurisdiction of the Sheridan Plan Commission,” as heretofore adopted February 14, 1978 and effective March 28, 1978, being also heretofore published and promulgated as “Chapter 13: Improvement Location Permit Ordinance of the Master Plan, Sheridan, Indiana,” is hereby re-enacted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein.
