§ 152.23 REPRESENTATION OF H.U.D.
   The Noblesville Housing Authority be granted jurisdiction within the boundaries of the Town of Sheridan, to operate as a representative of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, to operate and administer H.U.D. programs, subject to local ordinances, rules, and zoning requirements.
