There is hereby established a consolidated administrative division within the town government, to be know as the Division of Planning and Development. The Division consists of the following departments, offices and elements:
(A) The Department of Land Use and Zoning, which consists of:
(1) The Plan Commission;
(2) The Board of Zoning Appeals.
(B) The Department of Economic Development, which consists of the Economic Development Commission.
(C) The Department of Building Safety, which consists of:
(1) The Office of the Building Commissioner;
(2) The Building Code Appeals Board.
(D) The Office of the Director of Planning and Development, which consists of:
(1) The Director of Planning and Development;
(2) The general administrative and support staff of the Division.
