§ 152.15 PLAN COMMISSION ESTABLISHED.

The town Plan Commission is hereby established, with membership, appointments, terms and qualifications as set forth in the Advisory Planning Law of Indiana (IC 36-7-4-101 et seq). The duties and responsibilities of the Commission shall be in accordance with the provisions set forth in that statute.
