§ 130.23 DISPOSITION OF MINORS FOUND IN VIOLATION.

Any minor child found to be out in any public place or public establishment in violation of the curfew hours shall be taken into custody by any police officer of the town and shall be treated as a delinquent child in accordance with IC 31-30.
