§ 112.11 ACCESS TO TOWN RECORDS AND OTHER INFORMATION; FILING OF RULES AND REGULATIONS WITH TOWN CLERK-TREASURER.
   The town shall have access, at all reasonable hours, to all of the company's plans, contracts and engineering, accounting, financial, statistical, customer and service records relating to the property and the operation of the company and to all other records required to be kept hereunder. A copy of any an all rules, regulations, terms and conditions adopted by the company for conduct of its business shall be filed with the Town Clerk-Treasurer and a copy also shall be available for public inspection at the office of the company.
