It shall be the duty of any owner of real property within the geographical limits of the town to cut and remove all weeds and rank vegetation growing upon such real property when such weeds and rank vegetation exceed more than six inches from the ground on any developed residential, commercial or industrial real property (whether occupied or not) to a height of more than one foot from the ground on any undeveloped real property or real property in agricultural use.
