§ 91.01 COUNTY REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The Town Council desires to follow and utilize the Hamilton County rules and regulations regarding animals. Therefore, the Town Marshal is instructed to follow and enforce the Hamilton County Animal Control Ordinance, as may be amended from time-to-time.
