(A) Any person who leaves an abandoned vehicle in violation of § 90.02 shall be liable to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100, in addition to any costs for towing and storage of the vehicle. ('85 Code, § 8-8-2) (Ord. 1985-C29, passed 9-16-85)
