§ 37.03 IMPLEMENTATION.
   The Town Council and the Town Council President personally make the commitment that all of the objectives of equal employment shall be fulfilled for all. The Town Council shall declare this intent through an ordinance setting forth these objectives in the town's Affirmative Action Program.
