§ 36.03 DECLARATION OF LOCAL CIVIL EMERGENCY.

A local civil emergency may only be declared by the President of the Town Council by written proclamation and only if he or she finds that at least one of the conditions described in § 36.02 prevail in the town. The proclamation shall be filed in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer and shall be widely publicized by the best means available.
