§ 34.31 GENERAL PURCHASING POLICIES.
   The purchasing policy pertains to any purchase, contract, lease, or lease-purchase in which the town participates. All contracts must be handled in accordance with the purchasing policy (See §§ 34.39, 34.40, 34.41). The Town Council reserves the right to deny any purchase.
