§ 34.22 COPYING FEE FOR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.

The Clerk-Treasurer shall collect a fee of $33 for one hard copy of the town’s Comprehensive Plan adopted in 2013 and shall collect a fee of $0.21 for one compact disc containing one copy of the town’s Comprehensive Plan adopted in 2013. All such fees so collected shall be accounted for in a manner prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts.
