§ 34.19 SELF INSURANCE PAYMENT FUND.

(A) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to create and maintain a separate fund within the town finances to be utilized for the insurance premiums for the benefit of those persons insured through the town.

(B) This fund so created shall be used for no other purpose and the disbursements shall be pursuant to the procedures for all the disbursements of the town.
