§ 31.04 STATUS AND SERVICE OF APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES; EXCEPTION.

(A) Unless otherwise provided by statute or ordinance, every appointed officer or employee shall hold office or a position at the pleasure of the Town Council.

(B) This section does not apply to Deputy Clerk-Treasurers or employees of the Clerk-Treasurer's office, who shall serve at the pleasure of the Clerk-Treasurer in accordance with IC 36-5-6-7.
