§ 130.50 NO TRESPASSING ON CERTAIN PROPERTY.
   (A)   There shall be no trespassing on certain property as designated in Exhibit A attached to Res. 2015-13 (the “property”).
   (B)   Signs shall be placed upon the property indicating the same.
   (C)   The town shall pursue all measures to prosecute any individual caught trespassing upon the property.
