§ 35.54 COURT JURISDICTION.

The Town Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of all violations of the ordinances of the town. The Town Court shall also have jurisdiction of all misdemeanors, infractions, and all other ordinance violations described in any interlocal agreement.
