(A) There is established, pursuant to IC 36-1-8-3, the Town of Sheridan Stormwater Utility Petty Cash Fund.
(B) The custodian of the Petty Cash Fund shall use it to pay small or emergency items of operating expense. A receipt shall be taken for each expenditure made from the Fund.
(C) The custodian of the Petty Cash Fund shall comply with all laws and regulations in the maintenance, usage and reporting of the Petty Cash Fund.
(D) The Clerk-Treasurer shall be the custodian of the Petty Cash Fund.
(E) The Petty Cash Fund shall be funded with $80 to be taken from the Stormwater Utility.
(F) Upon a change in custodian or if the Fund is no longer needed, the entire balance shall be returned to the Stormwater Utility.
