§ 34.25 4TH OF JULY DONATION FUND.

(A) There is created a non-reverting donation fund (the “4th of July Donation Fund”) for the purposes of collecting and depositing donations for the 4th of July celebration of the town.

(B) The funds in the newly-created donation Fund shall be utilized solely for the 4th of July celebration for the town.
