(A) There is created a non-reverting donation fund (the “Sign Fund”) for the purposes of collecting and depositing donations for the beautification of the town and the creation and erecting a new sign.
(B) The funds in the newly-created donation Fund shall be utilized solely on the creation and erecting of a new sign for the town and other beautification projects approved by the Council.
