Upon approval of the application, filing of bond and insurance certificate, and payment of the required fee, the Zoning Official or Public Works Director may issue a permit. Trailer parks in the mobile home zoning district of the City are exempt from the moving permit requirement if the trailer being moved is less than 30 years old at the time of the move. A zoning permit will still be required.
