§ 22.803 JOINT AIRPORT BOARD
   (A)   The Shelbyville/Shelby County Airport Board is hereby created pursuant to KRS Chapter 183.
   (B)   The Board shall be composed of ten (10) members.
      (1)   Five (5) members are to be appointed by the Mayor of Shelbyville and five (5) members are to be appointed by the County Judge/Executive of Shelby County.
   (C)   The Board shall be a body politic incorporated with all the powers and duties provided for airport boards in KRS Chapter 183, and any amendment thereto.
