The joint city-county Recreational Board shall be a body corporate for all purposes and shall elect from its membership a chairman, a secretary, and a treasurer, all of whom s hall nevertheless have a vote on the Board's decisions. The treasurer shall execute a bond conditioned on the faithful performance of his duties sufficient in amount to cover the total funds coming into his hands from all sources. The premium on the bond shall be paid from the funds of the Board.
