§ 22.700 ESTABLISHMENT
   A joint city and county Recreational Board is hereby created and established to initiate, maintain, and conduct a joint parks, playground, and recreational system, the Board shall have all the powers and duties of KRS            . The system shall be financed in equal shares by the county fiscal court and the City Council.
